Scriblive

Privacy policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

Scriblive turns children's drawings into short cartoon episodes. Families trust us with something precious, so we keep this simple: we collect only what we need to make your episodes, we keep it private, and you can delete everything with one command.

Who we are

Scriblive is a product by Alconost. The company responsible for your data (the "controller") and the seller of every episode is Alconost Inc., 66 Canal Center Plaza, Suite 505-C, Alexandria, VA 22314, USA, a Commonwealth of Virginia company. For anything about your data, write to studio@alconost.com.

Scriblive is for grown-ups

Our service is used by parents, guardians and other grown-ups ordering for a child. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children, and children shouldn't use the bot on their own. The drawing and any story come to us from the grown-up who orders.

What we collect, and why

WhatWhy
Your Telegram chat ID, first name and app language (as Telegram shares them)To talk to you, in your language, and to send your episode
Photos of drawings you sendTo make your episode, and to make later episodes from the same drawing
The story, if you share one, and the artist's first name, if you'd like it in the episodeTo tell the story the way the artist imagined it
Your messages to the botTo answer you and help when something goes wrong
The episodes we make for youTo deliver them, and so you can ask for a next episode
Order details: what you ordered, the amount, any promo code, payment and refund statusTo run your order and keep accounts the law requires

Please don't send anything we don't need, like a child's surname, age, school or photos of people. If a photo isn't a drawing, we delete it straight away and cancel the order.

You pay in Telegram Stars, inside Telegram. We never see your card or payment details; we only receive the payment confirmation.

How long we keep things

Who helps us

We share data only with the services that make Scriblive work, and only what each one needs:

Some of these providers are based outside your country. Where the law requires it, we use the safeguards it sets out, such as standard contractual clauses.

What we never do

Our legal reasons (for GDPR)

Your choices and rights

Keeping it safe

Your folder is private, access is limited to the people and systems that make your episodes, and our tools are built so that one family's data can't be sent to another.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the bot before it applies.
